At Agua by Agua Bendita, we strive for complete satisfaction with our handcrafted pieces; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are attached to maintain eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
